  • Standard Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

  • Final Sale Items: Please note that all custom-made products are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

 

How to Initiate a Return

  • Step 2: Include your order number and the reason for the return in your email.

  • Step 3: We will provide you with a return address and detailed instructions.

 

Refund Process

 

  • Timeline: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • You must provide photos of the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement or a full refund for you.
